Clients must provide accurate information and feedback throughout the development process to facilitate the timely and successful completion of their projects.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to products developed by Inond will be owned by the client upon full payment for services rendered. Clients must ensure that designs submitted to Inond for development do not violate third-party rights, including copyrights and patents. Inond disclaims any liability for infringement resulting from designs provided by clients. We advise all clients to seek legal counsel on intellectual property matters, ensuring that their ideas and products are protected and compliant with all applicable laws. Clients are responsible for maintaining confidentiality regarding the nature of their projects and the working relationship with Inond.
Limitation of Liability
Inond’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for services in question. Inond shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products developed. Clients acknowledge that all risks are assumed by them regarding the final use of the products created and any subsequent modifications made.
