Team Spotlight: (Re)Introducing Matt

We’re delighted to (Re)Introduce Matt, our Senior Product Design Engineer, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him in the team.

With over 25 years of experience as a mechanical engineer across both industry and

consultancy, Matt brings an incredible depth of technical knowledge paired with a calm, solutions-first mindset. His expertise spans all manufacturing processes, hardware components, complex assemblies, and the end-to-end delivery of reliable, efficient, and beautifully engineered products.

A highly skilled CAD specialist, Matt has worked across the full product lifecycle, from early concept development and prototype testing to tooling, supplier collaboration, and final production release. He’s someone who not only understands how things should work, but also how they should be built.

What sets Matt apart is his blend of precision and creativity. He brings a hands-on approach to problem-solving, balancing engineering rigour with the kind of product thinking that ensures every solution serves real user needs. It’s the exact combination we value at Inond.

Matt also joins with a long-standing working relationship with Benn, built over years of developing products together. That shared understanding of process, pace, and purpose makes him a natural fit for how we design, experiment, and build.
